Keyboard assignment

Featured Replies

I am new to using the virtual cockpit. While flying the 737-900 with the VC, can a keyboard assignment be made to pop-up the CDU?Thanks,Steve

I've got the CDU assigned to the F key (I've also deleted all the FS assignments except the ones I actually use, which is only Z, B and R .. oh yes, I reassigned K to Refresh Graphics). Along the same lines, I've got the main panel on M; N is zoom; U is radio and O is the overhead. On the 744 I also use E for EICAS. These have worked very well for me.Once you eliminate the default FS assignments to just those you really use, all the rest of the keys can be used for almost anything. Use the keyboard assignments under PMDG on the menu bar per the manual.
