HiYou can get fp's from vroute (look after VHHH and change to VHHX by FMC)

The FSBuild software exports to both fs9 and pmdg. It has canned routes or fetches them from routefinder.com, or you can build a custom route. It also fetches oceanic routes. The interface is a little clutzy but once used to it easy to use.
