I am thinking of buying this Aircraft but not sure if my system will handle this. Intel pentium4 cpu2.20ghz- 768 mb ram. Does this sound like it will work. thanks

Hi.Sorry my friend, but i think you need way more power to run the 747X. I

PMDG recommends 3GHz or multi-core processor, 1GB RAM, which I barely meet with my system (Pentium4 3.2GHz 2GHz). The performace I get is right on the border, but good enough for my tastes. I would be very cautious about trying to run it in less than 1GB RAM with your processor. I assume you have XP... even it performs better with 1GB.... by the way, this is just my opinion but the PMDG mimimum specs are greater than what you have.As pointed out above, FSX will have problems too so why not consider the 747 for FS9? This is one of the best aircraft simulations available. I started with the 737NG and I loved it, the 747 blew my socks off.Please sign you name in this forum.
