Victor - you want one of the newer 512MB versions of the 8800GT or GTS that are based on the "G92" chipset. The 640 MB one is old and it gets outperformed by both of the newer ones. Any 512MB one will be the new chipset as the older GTSs came in 320 and 640MB. The problems that existed with the old ones had to do with the on-board memory controllers and uncommon amounts of memory - those issues no longer exist with the 512MB G92 cards.
