Robin, the ctrl key plus what other key? You need to have another key assigned with the ctrl key. If it just shows ctrl+, then it's not actually assigned to anything.Open up the PMDG keyboard commands and see if there is anything next to "Disengage ATS". If there is, what is showing?Try ctrl and the i key. That doesn't seem to have a FS key attached to it. :)
