Dean, did you get the automated response? If not, then something is blocking emails along the way. If that's the case, check your spam folders, if you don't see anything there, try another email. :)

Hi Dean,The validator can be a bit picky at times. Rather than cutting and pasting your validation information into the installer, try hand typing it carefully, and see if that solves your problem. Also, like the second poster stated, if you did not receive an automated response, that suggests that we did not receive your email. Try sending it from a different email account: maybe hotmail or gmail.Best,http://www.precisionmanuals.com/images/for...er_MD11_Vin.jpg

Hi guys,Firstly, I've checked and I'm not blocking or tagging as spam, any email from precisionmanuals.com. This doesn't explain why the two emails I have sent you haven't arrived. I know the email address is fine. It's my domain and I receive around fifty emails daily including the Beta teams (LDS & Radar Contact) I am part of.Secondly, when I purchased I received a Time Out error. Clicking the 'Back' button I was presented with -----------------------------------------------------------An error has occured in this store. We apologize for the inconvenience. * To return to the store's home page, click here. * To contact the store administrator, click here.Technical Information:The error has been logged in the store database. The reference ID for this error is: 947296426-122933. Write it down because you will need it to obtain more information about this error or to report the problem to our technical support team. For security reasons, details about this error are not shown in the storefront. To obtain more information, do the following: * Log into your store's Control Panel * Go to "Help > Error Information" * Enter the Reference ID and click "Submit"---------------------------------------------------------This leads me to believe the final part of the transaction - sending the Confirmation email and adding to your Validation database, wasn't completed. As I explained in my email, I was able to log into my account and access the Download URL.Perhaps one of the team would care to send me a test email to webstuff(*at*)dmcity.com, using a precisionmanuals.com address to confirm I can in fact, receive your mail. For reference my order number was 107021.--Dean
