October 17, 200817 yr Hi,I am unable to vailidate my install of the MD-11.I sent an email to support with all my order details, almost 24hrs ago but have heard nothing back.I'll resend the email and would appreciate a fix asap. October 17, 200817 yr Dean, did you get the automated response? If not, then something is blocking emails along the way. If that's the case, check your spam folders, if you don't see anything there, try another email. :)

Rather than cutting and pasting your validation information into the installer, try hand typing it carefully, and see if that solves your problem.Also, like the second poster stated, if you did not receive an automated response, that suggests that we did not receive your email. This doesn't explain why the two emails I have sent you haven't arrived. I know the email address is fine. It's my domain and I receive around fifty emails daily including the Beta teams (LDS & Radar Contact) I am part of.Secondly, when I purchased I received a Time Out error.
