My PMDG 747-400's flight displays (avionics?) wont work. Even if I follow all instructions from the guide and instructions i get from searching the internet. I followed everything from this video =

and yet the displays are still not working (the EICAS, etc). if i start my flight the normal way (not the cold and dark way) the display will usually show for a minute and then its disappears. i also noticed that when this happens, all of the 4 engines are still running.

Messages in this forum need a name.Blank displays are usually a verification problem. Contact support at PMDG via email with your name, email and order number and they will help you. Be sure you get an automated response from them to make sure you have two way communications.

I am having the same problem. When I start with a cold and dark cockpit, and power up, the displays will not come on. Also, if I start with the aircraft already powered up and all engines running, then proceed to program a flight plan, the displays wil go blank. I have had this aircraft for a year now and never had this happen, and am trying to figure it out. any one have any ideas?Kris
