Help Please!!I reinstalled FS2002 and need to reinstall PIC 767 but my product Key will not work. If I remember correctly, it has to do with whether the key says the numeral 0 or the letter O. I've tried many combinations but no joy so far.Jim Golden, GySgt, USMC (Ret.)

Try a capital "D" in place of the o or 0. Just a guess.Regards,Steve Dra

Hi Jim!There was a problem with reinstall because of some registry settings that needed to be changed.I do not know if you have that problem, but I do have the original zip file from Wilco that reset the registry to allow a reinstall. If you need it, just email me.BobP :)

Thanks Bob. Ir would be appriciated. Still think the difficulty is not being able to distingish between 0's and O in the product key but I'm willing to try anything.:-)Jim Golden, GySgt, USMC (Ret.)

Jim, Looking at my key on the PIC767 case, you definately can tell the difference between the 0 (zerro) and the letter (D). Their font on the lable key has the zerro kind of squeezed as if you were pushing it on both sides. One thing you might check is to make sure you are putting in the dashs(-) as required in the key. Also to use all "Upper" case letters. Hope this helps.Sim-u-lator,Terry
