Well, I for one prefer the PIC standby gauges, and the color of the radio panel doesn't look too good. But other than that, marvelous! :-)

Yes I prefer them also BUT as you can see there is no way to just use 2 of them. The gauge file has all three in one so I am stuck with it. The IAS gauge I have is almost the same so it is good for this. The STBY Att gauge is a problem though. There is no gauge anywhere I have looked that matches the PIC one so i'm stuck for now. Wait! lol, I have a program that lets me change the gauge colors.......................I will go see if I can make the PIC ones work.Best Wishes,Randy

Good luck, thanks.

Randy,I like your panel but have not yet asked for a copy because I am still using Lee's landing view. The reason I would switch would be the added ability to view the top of the HSI. However, your panel does not have the RA which I consider a must to keep it consistant with the full PIC panel. If you ever come up with a RA variation, I would love to load it up and give it a try out.Great piece of work!

I like it! But i still don't quite understand how to make the Landing Light's and the weather, like rain to work in the VFR panel view?? I love the view, but i at least want the Landing/Taxi light's to work in the VFR view? Can anyone help me with this! Thank's MIKE-:)

Hey Mike, As soon as I get this PIC standby gauge thing working right (I have the Att gau right)I will make one with the Ra. If you recall I was the one who made a RA gauge from Phil's GHeddes first panel, so I really think it is needed too. The "gauge elements" from the left-over stby alt gauge keep popping up as you can see on the IAS, since the stby gauge is really three gauges in one, I have got rid of the stby bitmap but that does not work for the elements. This is where Wade or someone could REALLY help out here on how to remove that particular part of the gauge (if that is possible)? Stay tuned.Best Wishes, Randy

Yes I have seen that. I have seen all that is out on the internet! This view is wonderful but it is not "wide enough". Lol Randy

Randy,Since you asked for opinions, I'll give you mine :).I think that the new view bitmap (the first msg in the thread) looks a bit "cartoonish", and at least I'm going to stick with the older one, since it looks just perfect :).Then another thing. What's the deal with these new non-PIC stand by gauges ? Why do you feel that the PIC gauges need to be altered? The current configuration (the lower PIC of the first two) looks like the one PIC was modelled after and there is no need for another ASI standby gauge, and the attitude indicator is perfect too as it is.Am I missing something here ?Would love to get the landing lights to work though, that would be the most important update for me at least.best regards,Tero

Lol, you crack me up sometimes Tero. Did you see bugs bunny in my ADI? But really, thanks for your "input". As for the non-PIC gauges, I am trying to make the PIC standby gauges work in the current setup. The standby IAS gauge placement is where all 767/757s that I have seen have it on the panel and the picture me and Phil use has the IAS there. But I really do not know what you are asking? If you look at picture 3, the IAS is not working right {Ithink I got it now }. Can you tell me just what about the newer panel looks "cartoonish"? I am going to change the color on the Radio nav area. Best Wishes, Randy Smith
