December 9, 200223 yr I've read 1 or 2 weeks ago that someone was working on a TCAS including in another gauge (taken from another panel), are there any news on this project ?Best regards,Guillaume
December 9, 200223 yr I'm programming a new VSI with TCAS gauge from scratch. I've got it working as a VSI, blending in with the main panel's lighting, and am able to read TCAS information from FSUIPC. However, there is a lot remaining to be done, and I do not know how long it will take. By Christmas is an outside possibility for TA (traffic advisory) capability only. RA (resolution advisory, vertical) might come later.I am doing this in my spare time, which is on the decrease due to work, the holidays, and real flying, so I am not going to guess when I will have something ready. I won't release anything until I am happy with it.Lee Hetherington (KBED)
December 9, 200223 yr ...and congrats on your SOLO flight Mr. H!!!!!!!!!!!Have not seen you on VATSIM lately? Rob.
December 9, 200223 yr Thanks, Rob.Hopefully I will have my first solo at the crowded and towered KBED tomorrow. No text controllers there. Hehe.I've been having real trouble finding the time for VATSIM recently. Maybe one of these evenings this week I can get online. I've missed flying with you guys.Lee Hetherington (KBED)

December 9, 200223 yr Rob, I'm getting worried about you. Are you taking anything for this condition? ;-)Lee Hetherington (KBED)
December 9, 200223 yr Taking lots of drugs and beer....so yes, I will be cured soon.Note: I removed the "a" from your name in my post.Have a good night, El lobo solo.Rob.
December 9, 200223 yr Either the drugs and the beer are cancelling each other out or there isn't enough beer in the mix. I'm not yet sure which it is! :-)
December 10, 200223 yr Good luck on your solo, hope you get to get thrown in the dunk tank, a great way to finish off a solo.Lobaeux
January 10, 200323 yr Hello Lee,I was very excited when I heard that you were working on a brand new VSI integrated TCAS for 767 PIC.Lee, are you still working on a TCAS gauge, or did you give up the project? What is the progress of the project? Thank you for your answer. I want to encourage you to continue your work on the development of a VSI integrated TCAS gauge for 767 PIC!!RegardsMichael LOWW
January 10, 200323 yr Commercial Member Dear Mr. Hall,Thank you for submitting your manuscript entitled "LH: El Lobo Solo" to FS Motion Pictures. Our team of script-readers have finished reading the document and have completed their assessment of your work.Let me say at the outset that your script shows REAL promise.FS Motion Pictures prizes all submissions, and wish to commend you on your spelling, grammar, total page-count, and the frequent use of the word "bodacious" (and in so many different combinations).Unfortunately, we cannot make a committment to produce your script, at this time. Or at any time.If you wish to resubmit your script to us in future, please remember:1. Do not use crayon.2. Consult a thesaurus for the correct use of the word bodacious. You used the word 1,237 times in this draft. Examples include: "You are sooooooo bodacious." "That thought is bodaciously simple in its bodaciousness." "Bod-a-cious. It's a word. Use it." "Bodacious856 descend and maintian 3000 feet, you are cleared the BODACIOUS VOR APP."3. Characters names cannot all be derivations of LEE. Examples: LEVI, LEA, LEEEEE, LEVON, LEHEE...4. Why was your script so long? 856 pages? In general, 1 page of script = 1 minute of screen time. 120 pages is good. 856 is bad.5. Finally, 747's cannot land on sandy beaches (even if - as your script states - the sand is "packed really good").Once again, thanks for the submission. DSPres.
