A question on the PIC767 download package

Featured Replies

Hi Folks, I have just purchased the PIC767 Thursday and finally got it installed Friday. I have a question in reference to the download package. Does the newest DL package contain all the upgrade patches, etc, or are there still other patches that I should obtain? As I am a newcomer to the PIC767 I haven't been able to digest all the related notes posted on this forum and am hoping that some of the PIC767 technical folks may respond. The 67+ MB download file did contain a 5+MB upgrade but I'm not exactly sure how current this puts me. I would appreciate any comments you folks may offer. Thanks and Regards

You should be good to go for FS2002.There are additional mods that can be downloaded, but what you've got there is the MEAT.The download package should include a readme.DS CVA3339 / UKD149System: Attlon 900 McW Hamster/Gerbilized Quantum Accessible 55Gig Iodized-Encrusted Four-poster with Mega-brill Farzenhuuven http://vatsim.pilotmedia.fi/statusindicato...tor=OD1&a=a.jpg

In case you didn

Hello DShutt and the group, I will be running it on FS2002 only. Yes there was a Readme file in the large ZIP but that wasn't the point of my question. Due to the number of patches to FS2002 that I've seen mentioned on the forum I was just wondering how up-to-date my new package was? As, I assume, only Wilco really knows I thought maybe one of their technical people might give me a clue. Thanks and Regards

I downloaded it today, and installed it .... the package seems to be missing the textures! :-hmmm .. I'll try to reinstall, but this ain't looking good :(http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/37367.jpg

Hmm...My Original PIC directory has also an empty Texture folder...I think it's perfectly normal.Tero

The original Wilco textures and models are stored with the FS scenery. That probably has something to do with why the frame rates are so bad from an external view. I think most folks are using POSKY visual models these days.Lee Hetherington (KBED)
