edit: I see you found out the problem, and it was exactly what we were suspecting :). Anyway, if anyone else has this problem, please check the latter part of this post.Rhys,No don't worry... if there are problems, they need to be reported, so we can fix the problem.Anyway, some ideas.Things to check:- please check that all FS2002 realism sliders are maxed out and you have "display indicated airspeed".- recheck that you have the correct files installed in the correct directory, ie. BOTH the new .cfg and the air file. It does not work to copy over just the airfile. Both are new.- Make sure trim is set correct. I had one case of "bad eyes" today report me about early rotation. He got if fixed after realizing he had the trim 1-2 units too high.- The earliest you can choose a vertical mode in a 757 is 1000ft AGL recommended. However, choosing one earlier shouldn't pose any problems for the autopilot (I can't duplicate that problem on my end). Again, check the trim. And now the MOST IMPORTANT THING TO CHECKPlease check that in the aircraft.cfg you have:elevator_trim_effectiveness=3.0Should you have 1.0 as the value, it means you have NOT updated the aircraft.cfg as should (from v1.0 of the FDE), and are in fact flying the new FDE with the OLD .cfg. Failure to update the aircraft.cfg to the new one will result in very EARLY rotation. For example, with GW of 200klbs and 4.25 units of trim (flap15), the a/c will rotate by itself at ~ 95 kts!Hope this helps!Tero

Hi TeroRemember a while back you (was it you?! It was a Finnish guy, may have been you!) released a PIC panel 757 mod which eliminates some of the 767 only items on the panel, and also added some lcd mcp displays? If you still have this could you send to me pls? Also, was a version ever made without the lcd [email protected] :-beerchug

Wondering, I'm using the Posky ATA 757-200 Flight model with the new 757 FDE v2.0.+PIC 767 panel. When I set up a left engine failure, I cant get the landing gear up. I have not set up a left or right hydraulic failure and I have left and right Hyd. Sys. integrity. The PTU should raise the gear as well as some other things (3)to be exact. Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug or is it a sim limitation? Thanks to all who reply.OH, on the trim thing. Use 4 units and it should be in the ballpark to be in trim at V2-V2+15 KIAS. Will

Sorry, I happened to have the realism settings dorked up. The gear came up after fixing the prob. Flying the BIG "SIM" here in PHX in the AM. If anyone has any questions I might be able to get an answer from the instructor. I'll be doing this until the first week in march. Will
