I have just uploaded it to AVSIM's library as file ilh_tcas_v4.zip. During development, I strived to duplicate the behavior of TSIM Mod 2 (official simulator used to validate the TCAS II v7 specifications). It supports all TAs, RAs, aural alerts, altitude-sensitive thresholds, etc. Basically, everything is there except for air-to-air TCAS/TCAS RA negotiation and ground-to-air Mode S commands.It is fully integrated with 767PIC (patch 1.2 and 1.3) in FS2002, but it can be used in other panels in FS2004.
