Bound 767-300ER Manual for Level D

Featured Replies

I noticed over at Flight1.com that they have a bounded manual for the Level D that is based on Eric Ernst's extensive 767systems.pdf (included with the 767-300ER). This print edition manual is bound in a "Boeing brown" D-ring style binder in 8.5 x 5.5 inch format and includes expanded systems and controls information, non-normal checklists, general guidelines, tutorials and original articles by real-world 767 pilots (Dave Barrington Mike Ray, and Anthony Vallillo). What I want to know is if the expanded systems and other info, included in this product, goes much beyond what is included with the Level D. Any input would be much appreciated.RH

The PRINT EDITION manual which was produced after the release of the FS9 version of the 767 (and will be updated with an ONLINE UPDATE for FSX) has... been totally overhauled with new black and white line art images and expanded systems information.Also:1. Articles from Dave Barrington and Anthony Vallillo (real world 767 pilots);2. Flight Planning Section;3. ETOPS Tutorial;4. Mike Ray's Driftdown Tutorial. These sections/articles are only available by purchasing the Level-D 767 PRINT EDITION MANUAL.The PRINT EDITION MANUAL will not be reprinted after the initial run is sold out (only 2000 were printed).Daryl ShuttleworthFlightlevel PublishingLevel-D SimultionsSupport & Documentation

Mine just came today (bought it as a package with the 300ER for FS2004) and I am VERY impressed.I have bought a number of real-world aircraft flight manuals on eBay and this rivals the best of them .. very clear graphics, all the operations and procedures and I don't have to scroll through a pfd on a second computer if I need to reference something while flying. You won't regret it if you take your simming seriously.

I am now anxiously awaiting the UPS guy for my manual... its on the truck now!I ordered this after reading the Level D thread over at Frugals. Thanks for making this available! Yes, there are STILL people around who love good printed manuals, especially for complex flight sims like this one.
