Hi allHave been using the pmdg product for a while now,no probs.Purchased Level D 767 and installed, now when i start FS 2004 i get the following.Level D Sim ModuleBad Licence for B767-300 FS 2004 will now exitOKThenerror fs9Fs unable to load some a/c or software you can continue to use fs but some a/c or software will be disabledfile pmdgoptions.dllOKFS then quitsAny ideasDave

That exact problem happened to me, tooI reinstalled my operating system included fs2004 and all my add-ons and unfortunatelly I found the problem Dave mentioned on his post.I really appreciate if you guys can figure our problem out,Regards,Victor

Dave, suspect it might be a problem with the way that you installed the Level D 767.I know certainly if you downloaded it and you need to re-install it, you need your electronic licence key and the last four digits if the Card Card you purchased the software with. You then use the Flight1 download wrapper to activiate on the proposed machine, then the installer for the software.Sounds as if you have just used the installer for the 767. The instructions on the Level D forum I've found to be quite clear - and I've not had problems with a re-install.RH
