Alright, after having nothing but problems trying to get back on VATSIM with FS9, I decided this weekend I was going to keep trying until I figured it out. Well, I have figured out my problem, but I don't know what to do about it.The problem was that every time I tried to connect, after launching FS9, alt-tabbing out to launch SB, I could never get back in to FS9. It always locked up with a completely dark screen. Today, I wasn't satisfied to just let it beat me...lol. Started SBRelay, launched and joined in FS, alt-tabbed out of FS to start SBHost, etc. After I remaximized FS9, sure enough, black screen. So I hit alt-enter to go into windowed mode, didn't think it would do anything really, but I thought maybe I could provoke an error message. It did. Turns out it's the CSL for me anyway. Seems that some models are incompatible(FSDS?), and because I never tried messing with it after it froze before, I never got the message.So I get this message, then the "Would you like to disable aircraft features...blah blah blah...Yes or No". I hit yes, it references a few more incompatible models(A320, AT72), I hit Yes for all of them, and there I was, at the gate, connected, able to see a Delta 767 at another gate. I was flying for about 30 minutes or so after this, when BAM black screen again. More people had just connected, FS tried to load those incompatible models again, and after repeating what I did above, I was able to finish my flight.Anyone else had this happen ? Am I an idiot not using the right CSL ? Any comments ?

I forgot to change the FS9 cfg.Why is it that you always figure these stupid mistakes out 5 minutes AFTER you ask for help...lol...

Read the 'readme' file that comes with SBRelay and copy the 'NO_WARN' section over to fs9.cfg as explained.You may still get some incompatible aircraft though as I have found out, my only thought is some are using VIP textures and not the standard CSL ones.HTH
