February 14, 200620 yr Hi all..I currently have my cockpit modelled after a King Air 300 with twin throttles, prop and mixtures....6 levers in allSometimes I like to fly the C130 and this ha 4 engines. The trouble is when I load that plane I have to use 4 of my 6 levers to run the engines. Is there any way you can set the aircraft up to have the following:Left 2 engines - work with first throttle leverRight 2 engines - work with second throttle leverLeft 2 engines feathering - work with 3rd leverRight 2 engines feathering - work with 4th leverLeft 2 engines fuel - work with 5th leverRight 2 engines fuel - work with 6th leverMy levers in my cockpit are different lengths between throttle, prop and mixture and its a pain to have to move 4 levers to work the 4 throttles in the C130 modelAnythoughts anyone ? ...many thanks...JB
February 16, 200620 yr This can be done with Pete Dawson's FSUIPC. I guess you would need the registered version. It has a function were you can map the throttle, prop and mixture 1+2 or 1+2+3+4 (for those who only have a three axis quadrant) to one axis.Alex
March 2, 200620 yr Alex,How do I map two throttles in one Lever? 1+2 using FSUIPC?I don't get it? Hmmmm...What do I have to do...exactly? Manny Beta tester for SIMStarter
March 2, 200620 yr Look more closely in the "Joystick" page. And note the small arrows on top which lets you page through "sub-pages" in the dialog. On the page where you can calibrate engine 1-4 stuff, you have a checkbox to map engines (1,2) into 1 and engines (3,4) into 2.//Tuomas
March 3, 200620 yr I am right there and I don't see that.I am on Joysticks-->3 of 11 Seperate throttles per engineI see Throttle 1....Throttle 4I see box for 'filter' . Don't know what that is.I see a box rev..don't know what that is.I see a box for Exclude THROTTLEn SET. Don't know what that is.Hmm.... I have FSUIPC Version 3.5 30th August 2005I downloaded the 3.52 and the same thing.MannyOK..When I toggle the Set/Reset button..I get the Map 1->12, 2->3 under the Throttle 3 and Throttle 4All I can do is select them...but how do I say...sync iot to a specific throttle?
