October 8, 200223 yr Was out today practicing some ILS landings at Osaka Bay's Kansai airport with my POSKY 767 and noticed the coolest thing I think I have found yet from any aircraft I have used. Was watching a replay of a landing on a particularly hard touchdown and I noticed the wings wobbling. Strange. Ran another approach which was MUCH smoother and did a replay making special note of the wings. I was dumbfounded when I noticed that the wings "unloaded" themselves after touchdown (after the weight of the plane was off them). Check out these screenshots. As you can see plain as day when the plane is coming in just before touchdown the wingtips are noticably bent up, and after touchdown they are perfectly straight. How cool is that?

October 8, 200223 yr Hello there!Nice shots, but nothing new.I also wonder what exactly Tom meant in his anchoredmessage?Anyway, fly safe.-Niels
October 8, 200223 yr Nope its not a GMax feature. It was done in FSDS before converted to Gmax. The only thing Gmax gives you from what I've seen is jerky animation and reflective textures. I've been more of an advocate of slightly used dirty aircraft that haven't been heavily waxed.Cas
October 8, 200223 yr Hehe, yeah the nose gear held up. Actually only broke my gear a few times suprisingly enough. Guess I am getting the hang of it :)
