October 9, 200223 yr To all,We would like to thank the FS community for the feedback, suggestions, and remarks regarding Active Camera Pro. It seems lot of simmers enjoyed Active Camera Pro. It was a huge beta testing and thanks to the feedback we could improve quickly this small utility during the last 3 days. We did our best to provide a (hopefully) good support, although it is not a commercial program. Some suggestions are still resting in the basket (walking sounds, aerodynamics noises, airborne view for the spotters, etc.) but we limit the development at version 1.2. We have now more serious work queuing. Active Camera Pro has been developped "a bit for the fun" by enthousiasts for the enjoyment of other enthousiasts.Best regards,Serge, Guillaume, Andy.www.anticyclone.be
October 9, 200223 yr Commercial Member Thanks back at you guys for developing such a fantastic utility for my favorite sim! It's added an enormous amount of fun back into virtual flying. It's hard to believe it's free -- but I'm not arguing with your reasoning on that count ;-). I feel as though I'm one (large) step closer to the real experience now. Keep it up! And btw, I'll buy anything with your name on it! October 10, 200223 yr ...you're thanking us??you just brought gliders and military jets into my hobby life the way Pic brought the big iron and FSD the props.even my wife thought flying the glider with the latency an out of this world experience.thanks.mp
October 10, 200223 yr Thx frm here for giving payware quality support for a freeware product. You guys are great.Alex
October 10, 200223 yr Thank you for the development of this tool. I love the head latency feature the most, as it gives you more of a sence of motion. I did notice however If I switched from the walkaround mode to Spot view, my display would start smearing, and multiple images would spin around. What was happening was the spot view zoom was getting reset to 0.00 I would return to walk-around hit "S" to switch to spot view, check the view properties and again the zoom would reset to 0.00 making the display look like a Dali painting.Cas
October 10, 200223 yr The best FS add on ever. Flying with the virtual cockpit now is a totally new and wonderful experience.Thank you to all the team who produced this great addition. It is much appreciated.
October 10, 200223 yr Author Hey Cas,I've found that if you hit the backspace key after switching to spot view, it clears things up. But I can't remember if I had to turn off Active camera 1st. Try it and see if it works.Regards,Steve Dra Regards, Steve DraGet my paints for MSFS planes at flightsim.to here, and iFly 737s hereDownload my FSX, P3D paints at Avsim by clicking here
