Could somebody tell me why the files sizes for various repaints of this aircraft vary so greatly -- from 1.6 megs up to 5.6 megs.Thanks Barry

Hi Barry,most likely it's the texture sizes - have you ever tinkered with Photoshop and seen what a .gif image of a couple kb size can turn into? Basically, the more detailed, the bigger it gets - 32bit textures look much nicer, but also take up a lot more space.Cheers,Gosta.

As Gosta said, some of us save as 32bit, some as DXT3. Depending on format and if anyone has included screenshots sizes may vary.
