Recomendations on computer parts

Hi all, I am planning on upgrading my system very very soon. I need advise at wich mobo to get. I know Im upgrading to an AMD 3400+ CPU (or higher as long as its air cooled since I already have two fans to place on front of tower and two to place in back of tower) and 1 gig memory and most likely a Geforce 6800 Ultra or Radeon X800XT. I have not really read up on computers lately but what a very fast system. Im keeping my CD write drive and DVD drive from my old machine.Thanks,Bill

Oh yes, what kind of power supply should I need? Im thinking over 420WThanks,Bill

As someone correctly pointed out recently on these forums it is not the wattage but the quality of the power supply that counts most.
