Nvidia 77.72 drivers and ATC Stutters

Featured Replies

Hi all, can anyone explane why I get ATC all of a sudden start to stutter when I first start my sim with this new drivers? It only happens in the begining and then its all good. The older 67 series drivers did not do that. I have swaped back and forth between the 77.72 and the older drivers and it only happens when I use the 77.72 drivers. Is anyone else having this issue as well? Thanks,Bill

Hey Bill,Yeah I am getting that too. I am also having problems with Flight Enviroments clouds with those drivers. I am not sure what to think right now, the only reason I have those drivers on my machine is because Battlefield 2 kept asking for them.Kinda Frustrating. :(

Bill,Well I've seem to have gotten rid of the stutters but the framerates with Flight Enviroment Clouds are #### poor. I must got back to the 66 series drivers in less I can figure something else out.I can't belive that one set of drivers has such different effects on differetn programs.

Hi,I too noticed that particular problem on my "old" rig with my Geforce 4800Ti card when I updated the driver...There was one driver I always went back to and that gave me no issues....I believe it was the 66 series or the like....I don't seem to get anything like that now with my new rig and Radeon X850XT.Hope you get her sorted.Regards,Ralf..
