How do I configure FS2002 so that everytime it starts up, the default airport will be KSJC?TNX,Jim

Search the forum you'll find the answer to your question 100 times. Until then, I'll just say "It can't Be Done, you have to start at Meigs ALWAYS, with your engines running!" ;-)

Land and park at KSJC. Press semicolon, name and save flight as "default". Next time you startup FS you'll be right where you left off.(#words=25)

Lando,Before I posted the message I did a SEARCH, selecting key words AIRPORT STARTUP. I selected the "and" function for the words. I selected the term at 1 year. I received ZERO hits.I would like for you to show me your search setup parameters that find the answer to this question. Perhaps I am not doing the SEARCH correctly, and I can learn from you example.Thanks for your help.Jim

sorry couldn't resist ;-)as the other said. Go to the airport you want. Park at the gate, turn your engines off and then save the flight. You then have the option of making that your default flight ;-)

Lando,No, I really want you to show me the SEARCH parameters that can be used to answer my question. You were critical of my post. Now, please show me the search parameters that yeild the answer. well, I would have typed in a few different phrases, such as "starting point" or "default flight" or "start at gates" etc...
