January 2, 200620 yr Cheers, I'm asking for this because I've flown QF and know thatthey use a different route to CX and BA (CX & BA uses the Siberia-Mongolia routing; QF uses the Himalayas/North India routing). Itwould be grateful as I saw another guy asking for the plan on theChristmas' Eve as well. Also, I've heard that QF attempted to divert some of their flightsvia L888 (or "the hump of Himalayas", correct me if I'm wrong) forfuel saving. Have you guys got any plans for this routing? Thanksa lot!

January 3, 200620 yr hi Alexander,The first picture seems very close ti it.I remember fromthe entertainment system in it that the firs part was towards the north (direction Bangkok) and not heading to kuala lumpur with a left turn ,passing over calcutta to new delhi and after new delhi the turn to the right and after a while back to the left as in the first picture. If i remember it correct over afghanistan and in europe over warschau ,over berlin southwest to rotterdam to heathrowi included a few pictures flying over calcutta.Best regards,G Best regards , Gérard van Veldhoven

January 3, 200620 yr Hi ,We flew on novenber the 26 and i also asked for the flightplan and explained him where to use it for but the captain told me that it was not allowed for safety reasons. It was a great flight although the flight was delayed for an hour.We were sitting in the plane, doors were closed and at that time a thunderstorm was passing over sydney and the plane was not allowed to pushback. Finally we took off from runway 16r towards the sea while climbing out we flew through the clouds the views of the flashlighting was magnificent. My wife didn't liked this at all :-mad It was a great flight great service and a fantastic holliday Best regards,G Best regards , Gérard van Veldhoven

January 5, 200620 yr So why can some people get the datas from the logsheet as a passenger? I think they made a kind of form for the captinto fill in, does this work?
January 5, 200620 yr Of each operational flight plan (OFP), there have to be at least two copies: one for the flight crew and one on the ground. All OFPs have to be stored for a least 3 months after a flight, but it seems they're usually kept for a longer time, e.g. for post-flight analysis, calculating performance corrections, etc. It's not forbidden to make a copy of a flightplan, or if the crew already has a (second) copy, hand it over to a third party (e.g. you as a passenger) - unless the airline's operations manual says crew member's can't do so of course.Another option to get a flightplan would be to kindly ask one of the crew members if you can take a (digital) picture of it... :)Cheers,http://home.planet.nl/~duijn181/cu2/koen.jpg
