April 20, 200323 yr Hi All,I have had ActiveSky WXRE for a while now, and was wondering which cloud sets are the best to use. I know the manual states the default ones are best, but is anyone using any different sets with good results?RegardsDK
April 22, 200323 yr Commercial Member Hi, I recommend using FSSWSE latest version (fsw.simflight.com). Don't use the VSKY or randomizer features, just choose a cloud set (experiment to find the best to your tastes - many are great). Some of the newer clouds are stunning!-Damian

Damian ClarkHiFi Simulation SoftwareDeveloper of ActiveSkyThe next-generation weather environment simulation for FS2002!http://hifi.avsim.net/activeskyhttp://hifi.avsim.net/activesky/images/wxrebeta.jpg]
[/table://http://hifi.avsim.net/activesky/ima...
[/table Damian ClarkHiFi Simulation Technologies

There seems to be an executable program and options to choose from and only very terse installation instructions. It is not clear whether it will simply add some textures to the FS2002 file hierarchy or if it will make (irreversable?) major changes, or if it is a program that runs in the background. Is anyone aware of a one-page installation companion? Would someone be interested in writing one?Cheers,Peter
