My framerates have slowed significantly after installing B174. It does seem to fix a lot of WX issues though. I'm using FS Skyworld framerate friendly clouds. What else can I do to increase performance?Thanks,P4 - 2.66 gig1 gig ramATI 9800 Pro w/128 Ram

Hi,It may not be related to AS. But B182 (in public beta, now available) does ease up on the downloading and decrypting routines a bit and may help you.It could me more related to a high-complexity cloudscape being rendered, based on the conditions and location. You can always try reducing your max cloud layers setting (in AS options), turning off overcast enhancement, reducing cloud draw range or sight distance, or turning down other detail options to increase performance during times of high load.Hope that helps!
