I feel a bit foolish asking this, but I read in another thread that it is not necessary to generate the mip-maps for each of the cloud resolutions. Unfortunately, that's exactly what I did. So the question is, will that cause any problems? Do I need to reinstall?

Hi, When you generate the mips , it will generate mips for all resolution at once, not only one resolution. Mips enabled is recommended, do it one time and leave it for ever.
