Hi Jason and Welcome,Plenty of posts about this! Run your Full install and choose Repair. Then run ASV. If the error goes away then see if your antispyware causes it to happen again. You can Import a plan from the default FS04 location. I don't see where you can export or save a plan. Am I overlooking something?Hope this helps,JimActiveSky Sales and Supporthttp://www.hifisim.com/images/asv_dev_team.jpg http://www.hifisim.com/images/asv_proud_supporter.jpg

Hi,Have sorted out the first problem by re-installing ASV again and works fine, trouble thank you for the replies and help.I have another few questions as can't find the answers in manual. The Active Radar the only thing I get displaying is airports no weather radar etc what am I doing wrong and how to get the weather radar displaying?I have tried the various options but get nowhere? When you goto Nav log and it gives you the option of import a pln.file to get enroute weather where do I import the plan to as tried and got nothing? The winds report you get for each waypoint how do you get those it through the pln.file you have imported or am i just getting totally confused as usual? Is a marvellous product but confusing to use failing that must be me struggling as per normal again would appreicate any help.RegardsJason Thompson

Hi Jason,Glad you got the error fixed.Active Radar only shows precipitation, not clouds. Jump to an airport that is reporting rain and see if it shows up on Radar. If not, please let us know and we will troubleshoot this.OK, the Import plan button will open a browser window to the default plan location on your hard drive. This means that your plan has been created already by FS04 or a third party flight planner. We recommend FSBuild, though there are other fine planners out there.Yes, the waypoints would be from the plan that you imported.Keep asking question! Take your time and go slow. We will be here to help you out!!Hope this helps,JimActiveSky Sales and Supporthttp://www.hifisim.com/images/asv_dev_team.jpg http://www.hifisim.com/images/asv_proud_supporter.jpg

I have had this same problem, and it is was the antispyware program I was running that caused it (SpyFerret in this case). Reinstalling ASV did fix the problem, but will this keep happening everytime I run SpyFerret from now on?
