Featured Replies

Not been able to connect the upgraded AS6 using WideFS.Would appreciate some advice from someone who has successfulygot it working. In particular:Should simple file sharing be used or advanced?Since Flight Simulator Files reside in My Documents folder, how can I make AS6 see this folder? Many thanks and Merry Xmas to all

Hi!Simple or advanced? Not sure which OS you are running but you want to allow File/printer sharing via network properties..Then create a share (Windows explorer, right click on the folder to share) the following folders:On FS9 Machine:C:Documents and Settingsyour user nameApplication DataC:Program FilesMicrosoft GamesFlight Simulator 9The share properties should allow "network users to change my files" so there is proper "Write" access. There are many threads here already talking about the same thing, please take a quick look. If you have any further trouble just let us know.Merry Xmas!
