ASv6 cannot connect to HiFi DataNet

Hi,I never had any problems before to get connected to server 1 or 2, but since yesterday I cannot download the current weather. (Asv6 (build 464),Online Mode, Status: (Connecting to HiFi DataNet) Active wx: 12150Z).I disabled the firewall and AntiVir Guard, but without success.Do you have an idea, how I can solve this problem?Thanks in advance,regardsHans-Christian

Hi Jim,thanks for your response.Yes, I can access to your and any web-site.I did no changes on my system.Scanned for spyware with spybot and fixed all problems.But ASv6 still can

Hi,If you can access the site ok via IE then it is not an internet/ISP problem.Generally, this only happens when you have firewall or other security software installed and preventing ASv6 access to the internet. It is common for some security software to continue to block things even if it is disabled. I would recommend explicity allowing access to ASv6, usually by changing modes to "ask" whether to block a program or not, then running ASv6 and "allowing" on each prompt (there may be multiple as ASv6 uses windows and IE for internet accessibility).Hope that helps..
