can't run service update 3

just tried to install service update 3 but i get an error message saying asv/e is not installed-but it is and i have had no problems installing previous updates.Any ideas,thanks

just found the problem-well not quite a problem.i downloaded the wrong upgrade.I've been trying to install the ASV6(46mb) upgrade which available on the same page.Dohh.

Are the details the same? Even a "I am getting the same message" is better. More details can lead to better solutions.3. Can we have a report back by everyone when you get a chance? Got mine installed and it seems to work fine. I did notice a huge memory leak on my last flight, which was the fist one after the update. But It could be something else not related to AS6. I won't know for sure until I try a few more flights.Otherwise great product and support, thanks.
