March 10, 200620 yr Hi,Wake turbulence is pretty location specific, you need to be in the correct position. I know things are working and there is no conflicts. If possible, watch the AS main screen because WT events get reported with a message. March 10, 200620 yr Moderator Angelo - As Jim said, you have to be in the right place at the right time. There are many variables that produce wake turbulence - following a heavy in landing is just one part. The wind speed, direction and temp must be right also. Do a google search for "wingtip vortex" and "wake tubulence" if you want more info. It's actually a quite interesting phenomenon.VicVisit the Virtual Pilot's Centerwww.flightadventures.comhttp://sales.hifisim.com/pub-download/asv6-banner-proud.jpghttp://www.jdtllc.com/images/rcv4bannersupporter.jpg RIG#1 - I9 14900K MSI Pro z790 RTX 5070Ti 40" 4K Monitor 3840x2160
March 10, 200620 yr I'll throw in a confirmation that the wake turbulence does indeed work in AS6. Coming in for a landing and a 737 passed me (should have used aismooth on that flight), my dinky cessna went for a wild ride giving me a bit of a fright trying to maintain control. Ian.
