Hi Jim,This afternoon a fellow flightsimmer reported that something is wrong with ASv6 downloaded weather. He spoke about a problem for LGAV weather. I did not talk to him, but I tried this out myself.My finding was : Either in online or offline mode the ASv6 is unable to apply the downloaded weather to FS showing a message "Main Thread Process Error, Retrying at next interval".I have installed all updates and SPs.Sotiris.

HI again,I tried six times (three in online mode & three in offline). Only once it made it and only in online mode. After that the error message came back to stay. For your info, I always use offline mode without ever having had this error message (I have not changed a thing, it came from nowhere). Note that I tried it in many parts of the world & it worked fine-even in other Greek airports. I am wondering if there is any LGAV server (METAR) malfunction, as I have never come across such an error message.Sotiris.

As much as I can recall it was from server 2. I forgat to report to you a "runtime error 52", which brought about close down of the application. Anyway, I hope the whole thing be a temporary malfunction. I am also wondering whether the problem originates from the relation "LGAT-LGAV".Sotiris.

Hi,I am getting the same error showing a message "Main Thread Process Error, Retrying at next interval". this is at PHNL and it is from both servers 1 + 2 this started yesterday and it still is doing the same. I have set the default ICAO to PHNL but is say's nearest is PHIK but I can fetch weather for PHNL.I have reinstalled ASV6 and update 3 but still same problem..John..

Hi John,In addition, it shows me another airport's TAF (LGAD), while it shows LGAV METAR. I am not going to reinstall ASv6, as it is obvious that something is going wrong with this program's function. Hopefully, this malfunction will be eliminated soon.Sotiris.

Hi All,The PHNL station is a known problem and we are working on a fix. Also, there has been some work done on the servers in the last few days and we are trying to work things out. Hi John,The reason for the PHIK station showing is because there are two stations on top of eachother near PHNL. PHIK is an obsolete station still in FS and happens to be closer to you. This also might depend on where you are on the airport. There should be no difference between PHNL and PHIK metar. Only difference is that PHIK most likely have a "RMK AUTOGEN" at the end.Hope this explains things.
