Hi Jan,"Turb Frequency" option changes often you will experience general turbulence. This influences the actual experienced frequency but is also influenced by conditions like air stability, wind, temp, etc... The strength experienced will be random with conditional influence as well.You can further adjust the actual "general turbulence strength" within the FS9.cfg file (search this forum for "turbulence fs9.cfg" for details).VAS (Vertical Air Simulation) provides the updrafts and downdrafts, and here you have options for strength and frequency.Hope that helps!Best,
