Hi,I would recommend uninstalling/reinstalling ASv6 and not using that "cleaner" any longer.Hope that helps!

I tried unstalling ASV6 but the uninstall would hang (this program not responding) Tried un-installing via the add and remove control panel but nothing there either,Also, LOL, I can't find my registration numbers.
