October 28, 200619 yr Hihave solved the FSX path problem i was having by changing default path to this.now it saves that part, still won't save the PersonalappdataFolder, which looks correct to me??.DefaultWeatherFolder = C:Program FilesMicrosoft GamesMicrosoft Flight Simulator XModulesASv6FS9Path = C:Program FilesMicrosoft GamesMicrosoft Flight Simulator XPersonalAppDataFolder = C:Documents and Settingssteve howlettApplication Data thanks steve
October 28, 200619 yr Steve, everyhing looks right to me so, while we're waiting for Jim or Damien, can you be sure that the folder "steve howlett" exists? The reason I say this, WindowsXP will use your real-account name here and not the "description" name associated with the account. First, turn on "View Hidden Files and Folders" on Windows Explorer (Tools -> Folder Options -> View -> "View Hidden Files and Folders" and OK button. Next, double-click on My Computer -> C: -> Documents and Settings. Is there a "steve howlett" folder here? If so, then double-click on it and verify that there is a "Application Data" folder under it, then "Microsoft" then "FSX." If the full path, as you have set for the "PersonalAppDataFolder=" line, is manually navigate-able, then it looks right to me. Regards, Al Jordan | KCAE
