Jim, I have fscomputerusersmeAppDataRoamingMicrosoftthis works for me and it allows use with FSx also. I do not get the errors he does. Try going into the ASv6.ini file and adding Microsoft to the end of the PersonalAppDataFolder entry. Ken

Try this and see what you have. Go to C:users and right click on it. Select share. Then select Advanced Sharing. Under Advanced sharing select permissions. I have Administrators and Everyone under Group or user names. When I highlight Everyone at the bottom of the popup under Permissions for Everyone I have Full control, Change, and Read checked under Allow. You might have to add Everyone to your Usernames. I had to in order to get all to work. Hope this helps. Ken

Still does not work.I always have the error message, but anyway, ActiveSky is loading and I can load a flightplan and it sends weather to FS9 via WIDEFS.St

Yes, I can. And From the wideclient machine, I can even create and modify a TEST.TXT file through the network in the same directory where the wxstationlist.bin is on the wideserver machine.Stephane
