June 5, 200718 yr OK..I was flying in Hawaii at dawn. The weather was just the way I wanted. (Real weather). But I didn't want the weather to change. So I saved it by clicking "Save File".Tomorrow, If I want to fly in the same weather condtions. (Not real weather).. How do I do it.. and then freeze the weather settings. (No change). What do I need to do?Manny Manny Beta tester for SIMStarter
June 5, 200718 yr Commercial Member Hi Manny,This is with ASX?Assuming so, yes you can save the weather file as you did and call it up again..HOWEVER, there will be some differences in rendering as there are many random factors. If you want the EXACT same weather visuals scene you should do this:1) Save the flight in FSX2) Save the weather in ASX3) To recall this, first open up asx and load the saved weather4) Then load FSX and load the saved flight.5) After initial depiction is completely, reset the flight (reload it again) to ensure the depiction is as you left it.Best, Damian ClarkHiFi Simulation Technologies
