August 9, 200718 yr Hi,Does Hifi modify the default cement land class texture?I am trying to make my own custom land class project and have assigned several areas the "cement" land class and I get the same texture Hifi applies as the airport clutter. Is this texture a Hifi supplied texture or a Microsoft texture?
August 10, 200718 yr Commercial Member HI,look like ours, In X Graphics we provide 4 set of airport clutter which is 136b2su1.bmp, to be sure it is fsx default, just use the default FSX airport clutter bmp and test with your project.ThanksChris Willishttp://www.hifisim.comhttp://www.hifisim.com/banners/hifi-dev-sigbanner.jpg Kind RegardsChris Willis
August 10, 200718 yr Hi,Choose the X Graphics default texture, which we pull from your backup folder, created the first time XG was run. Or you can look in that backup folder for the one file Chris mentioned.Thanks!Jimhttp://www.hifisim.com/banners/hifi-community-sigbanner.jpghttp://www.hifisim.com/
August 10, 200718 yr Author I tried what you suggested but I still get an airport clutter in FSX. I looked in "HiFiXGraphicsDataAirportsairport_clutterX Graphics Default" folder (I am assuming this is the backup folder you are talking about), and the texture in this folder still appears to be an airport clutter texture (I looked at it with Image Tool). Isn't the default FSX "cement" texture supposed to be plain cement without clutter?
August 10, 200718 yr Hi Sky,No, not that folder, but your backup folder. I am not at home, so I can't give you the exact location. But I'll bet that someone else will come along with the location!Thanks,Jimhttp://www.hifisim.com/banners/hifi-community-sigbanner.jpghttp://www.hifisim.com/
