February 12, 200818 yr Guys, can you please remind how to save some FPS on the quality of cloouds in ASv6? I have it at MAX distance/density @100%3D. Is it going from 32 bits to DXT? I totally forgot it.Also, how to use FPS-saving clouds in ASX/AGX? Much thanks.Dirk.
February 12, 200818 yr Author Or is it in FE/FEX. Could you please post here everyting you can remember on the subject? Thanks.
February 12, 200818 yr Hi Dirk,The MAX distance has much to do with this. You really should pull that distance back.In both of our versions there are different resolutions of textures you can choose from. Just remember to have FS shut down when submitting new textures.Thanks,Jimhttp://www.hifisim.com/banners/hifi-community-sigbanner.jpghttp://www.hifisim.com/

I need the MAX distance @ MAX density @ 3D clouds. I may want to save a few FPS on quality of the clouds though. Which set whould you recommend. I have a fast CPU/VIDEO.

February 17, 200818 yr Sorry if this is a dumb question, but how do i submit new texture resolutions? I cant seem to find the option in the settings or anywhere on ASXthx in adv
February 17, 200818 yr Commercial Member Hi,A Graphics add-on is not included in ASX unless you purchased the bundle. The program is "X Graphics", and this is where you submit new textures.
