Bill, I had a simular experience where my back up copy became corrupt and I need to download the plane again. I have sent 3 emails to AVSIM asking for help to down load the plane again. I am yet to get a response. I realy love the plane, but I can't get it from these people again. Is there anything I can do? I sent my requests to [email protected]. Is this not the correct place to send my emails?I sent copies of my order and payment.Thanks for anything you can do for me.Tony

I just mistakenly erase my HD with my B25J. How can I redown load it again??Bill M

Hummm.. you too huh. I have sent 4 emails in the past 4 weeks to [email protected] AND to Matt at avsim store and havent recieved a response. Im starting to get a little peeved at this point.I also lost 5 other payaware aircraft from 3 other comapnies and within 24 hours had them all back.Come on avsim and Vmax..... this is getting a bit old.Claude Stevens
