September 7, 200322 yr I have looked through the MAAM-SIM support posts and have not found this same problem. The cowl flaps do not work and the panel lights or instrument lights do not work as the manual says they should. Im running the 7th edition CD in FS2002, OP system XP.
September 8, 200322 yr Perhaps you could expand on the specific problems.Does changing the cowl flaps have any effect on the airspeed or is it the visible cowl flaps that you have a problem with ?How does the operation of the lights differ from that detailed in the manual ?Alastair
September 8, 200322 yr No visible operating cowl flaps. I did a little more reading and I see what the lighting problem is.
September 12, 200322 yr Commercial Member Do just a bit more reading in the manual and you'll find the answer to the cowl flaps, too. They operate in conjunction with the wing flaps.
