June 21, 200421 yr Folks,I wonder when repaints will start appearing of the new DC-3? I am in high anticipation of a Bush Flying Unlimited repaint of the cargo hauler and for that matter a BFU of the passenger configuration would be great, as well.Does anybody have any skills in this area?ThanksWilson HinesUAL006VHQCCSenior Vice President, Corporate Communicationshttp://virtual.united.com --------------------------------------Proficiencies: PSS 747,777, A32x, CS 727,PMDG 737-700---------------------------------------FS2002|ActiveSky|FSRealTime|FSBuild2|FSNav|Jep SimCharts2|ACLoaderhttp://www.precisionmanuals.com/images/forum/checkcapt.jpghttp://heavylhc.com/images/av/anna.jpg
June 21, 200421 yr Mark Beaumont has done some repaints for DC3 Airways, which are already available and I understand that he and/or Jan are working on a paintkit for the aircraft.Once that appears, I'm sure you'll start seeing repaints and from past experience, BFU never takes that long to appear... ;-)Ian P.BTBT Gopher and Random Beer Crate Rotator:-halo
June 22, 200421 yr I have just the one request - an OD Dakota in full D-Day stripes. I'm not particularly bothered whether it belongs to the USAAF or RAF, although one for the current Battle of Britain Memorial Flight Dakota would be very nice !http://www.airliners.net/open.file?id=5577...jdg=&static=yeshttp://www.airliners.net/open.file?id=2935...jdg=&static=yesAlastair
June 22, 200421 yr Commercial Member My goodness, your post is deformed!Anyway, Jan already has a D-Day striped bird on the drawing board. June 27, 200421 yr Hi there!I would very much like to make a MAAM SIM version of my "tico Belle" repaint of the default DC-3:http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/81749.jpgBut I am waiting for Mr. Visser to finish a suitable model for this former RDAF bird. And I would be very glad to hear when we can expect to see the repaint kit too :-)Best regards
