We are pleased to announce that download versions of both the B-25J 'Briefing Time', 5th edition, and R4D/DC-3/C-47, 9th edition packages are now available for sale directly from the MAAM On-line Store.http://www.maam.org/php/xcart/FLIGHT-SIMUL...-p-1-c-256.htmlBoth packages are for FS2004, but with the FSX Basic Compatibility Upgrade, can be used in Flightsim X, as well. All the User's Manuals, vintage pilot's manuals, and instructional videos found on the CD's can be downloaded separately from the Free Stuff Pages.EDIT: The TBF/TBM Avenger for FS2004 is also available, both as a download, and CD-ROM. All contents of the CD are also included in the DL version. The MAAM Store is the only outlet for these products, and because it is all in-house, all proceeds go directly to support the museum's restoration programs without any cuts for middle-men. :-)Bill RambowMAAM-SIM http://www.fssupport.com/maam/hgrsm_blkani.gif

Thanks Bill, I'll be upgrading to FSX shortly (had the program for ages just haven't gotten round to installing it, what with all the bad press - ) I understand the SP1 makes a big difference so must take the plunge. All the MAAM aircraft are just GREAT! in FS9 so no real incentive to fly them in FSX..... time will tell. Thanks again and keep up the good work.Regards, Blue.

Dear Bill,May ask you a question, is this download version compatible with FS9.1 under Windows Vista?Sincerely,Kan-ichiro Fushihara

Hi All,I downloaded Last Night, I run FSX on Vista 64-bit, Went through the install and update process for FSX, When I start FSX I can see the Aswome Paints of the Different Aircraft, When I Choose Detail or Start FSX after My Choice The Aircraft looses it paint Schema and Eventually Lock up and Crashes FSX, This is for the Fantastic B-25J.Running the Latest FSX Acceleration and Patches.

Hi All,I was able to figure it out with some help on SOH, I guess cause I'm using Vista, I needed to tunr off the Preview DirectX 10 and the Light Bloom. This loaded up the b-25 in FSX Acceleration, Downloaded the Pit fix for the Glass and the Rotor Opaque Fix someone has for the DC-3, All is well, Loving flying her.One Problem though that I believe is due to the lights that cause FSX to Crash when Exiting or ending the flight.Thx

Well, you are ahead of me, anyway. I'm glad you are getting some help from other users. Vista is still the great unknown around here. Eventually we will tackle it.Bill RambowMAAM-SIM http://www.fssupport.com/maam/hgrsm_blkani.gif
