FSX B25 could use more camera views

Featured Replies

I just purchased the Briefing Time package for FSX. Added to my DC3 package I have two wonderful planes from MAAM. Everything works fine with both packages and they are great. One thing that is not being taken advantage of is the different camera views that are available in FSX. I'm going to start working on adding some, but if anybody has some great ones already figured out I would love to get them from you to give me a head start.Lee:-cool

Hi Lee,As I'm sure you realize, you are flying a designed-for-FS9 plane in FSX. Eventually we will produce a real FSX version taking advantage of all the bells and whistles in the new sim. Of course we are all working on the TBM right now, but you have a good idea and perhaps we can put out a little add-on to improve this deficiency, until the real FSX BT comes along.Bill RambowMAAM-SIM http://www.fssupport.com/maam/hgrsm_blkani.gif

Hi Lee,Good idea. I look forward to seeing them. Please post them as cut-and-paste edits, as posting the entire aircraft.cfg would be a violation of our copyrightBill RambowMAAM-SIM http://www.fssupport.com/maam/hgrsm_blkani.gif

Try these two. Use them as you wish, I claim no credit. Be sure you are set up for panning around, especially for the second one.(CameraDefinition.3) change to square brackets!!!!Title = "Bombardier"Guid = {b1c13530-89ca-11db-b606-0800200c9a66}Origin = Virtual CockpitMomentumEffect = YesSnapPbhAdjust = SwivelSnapPbhReturn = FalsePanPbhAdjust = SwivelPanPbhReturn = FalseTrack = NoneShowAxis = YESAllowZoom = TRUEInitialZoom = 0.6SmoothZoomTime = 2.0ZoomPanScalar = 1.0ShowWeather = YesXyzAdjust = TRUEShowLensFlare=FALSECategory = CockpitPitchPanRate=30HeadingPanRate=75PanAcceleratorTime=0HotKeySelect=1InitialXyz= .30, -.70, 1.65InitialPbh=15, 0, 0(CameraDefinition.4) change to square brackets!!!!Title = "Gunner Seat"Guid = {8ff6c134-098d-409f-baec-caba3f683f98}Origin = Virtual CockpitMomentumEffect = YesSnapPbhAdjust = SwivelSnapPbhReturn = FalsePanPbhAdjust = SwivelPanPbhReturn = FalseTrack = NoneShowAxis = YESAllowZoom = TRUEInitialZoom = 0.6SmoothZoomTime = 2.0ZoomPanScalar = 1.0ShowWeather = YesXyzAdjust = TRUEShowLensFlare=FALSECategory = CockpitPitchPanRate=30HeadingPanRate=75PanAcceleratorTime=0HotKeySelect=1InitialXyz= .65, -.80, -1.0InitialPbh= 0, 0, 0
