Bill,MAAM-SIM DC-3 is a perfect plane. I am no longer using FS9. FSX is the way to go. Unfortunately, I cant fly with DC-3. Engine, prop transparency problems take away the flying enjoyment..I tried to fly FSX default DC-3. They cant be level of MAMA-SIM DC-3.I have to wait another yaer...ThanksSanal

Check this out in the meantime, Sanal. i remain patiently, sitting on my flat ####,:)waiting for the dc3 for fsx.....one of my reasons to greet the next day :)..looking forward....looking forward

HowardHi, sorry, missed your post earlier.I have yet to update my "IFR" panel for FSX and am not using it myself in the sim yet so have no idea what works and what doesn't (apart from the fact that I KNOW the Radio Range stuff is yet to be modified). I will play with it in due course, although this may reflect the full FSX rebuild, presently, rather than the existing update. I'll see how much time I have to play!To get your FS9 DC-3 working acceptably in FSX, however, just go to our Freebie page at MAAM-SIM and get the upgrade file, and if you are using SP2/Acc in FSX apply the patch noted in my previous post in this thread. As for the full rebuild... don't expect this overnight, fellas. Jan intends to start from scratch to maximise what he can do within FSX parameters, albeit that his - and our - intimate knowledge of the DC-3 as a marque, and his previous build experience, will help enormously in the process.Whichever way, we do intend to continue to provide you with the finest DC-3 model available for Flight Simulator!MarkMark "Dark Moment" BeaumontVP Fleet, DC-3 AirwaysTeam Member, MAAM-SIM[a href=http://www.swiremariners.com/cx.html" target="_blank]http://www.paxship.com/avsimlogo.jpg[/a]
