August 30, 200421 yr My good-thinking "better half" is buying me a new CH USB yoke (current one is PC version) for an upcoming birthday. But I also have a set of PC rudder pedals (only 1 year old). Is it possible to run the PC rudder pedals with the USB yoke? I'm open to purchasing any interface requirements ( PCI cards and/or cables) if required.Thanks,Bruce. ASEL, Instrument. KBJC, Colorado.
August 31, 200421 yr I use a USB yoke with gameport rudder pedals, using a Rockfire adapter with no problems at all. Windows and MSFS only recognize it as a 4 button joystick, though. Still, no problems with calibtration or control. Rockfire products are available here:http://www.usbgear.com/You're bound to get more comments, though... Rick

August 31, 200421 yr Sorry, Bruce. I use the adapter listed here:http://www.usbgear.com/computer_cable_deta...catid=106%2C105to operate gameport rudder pedals. Once I got the USB yoke, I happened upon the pedals from a friend. The cost of the older gameport pedals and adapter was much cheaper than USB pedals. And I've not had any problems to speak of. I imagine I'll upgrade to USB at some point for the toe brakes, if anything. BTW, good to hear from a neighbor. I'm next door in Nebraska... Rick
