October 9, 200421 yr I just installed drivers for XP/Saitek 3D USB. I selected "advanced user" during installation. This installed so called "Saitek Magic Bus" to allow me to program my Saitek controller. But something is not right. I don't see any link to this "Magic Bus". In other words I have no clue how to proceed to do any custom programming of this device. Under Programming Files/Saitek the only excutable is a remover of the Saitek Bus. Anyone has a clue?Michael J.WinXP-Home,AMD64 3500+,Abit AV8, Radeon X800 Pro,WD 36GB Raptor,1 GB PC3200 http://www.reality-xp.com/community/nr/rsc/rxp-higher.jpg Michael J.
October 14, 200421 yr Go to Saitek's web site. Download the manual that tells you how to program the thing. I have the X-45 and it worked for me doing it that way.
October 14, 200421 yr Michael,While at Saitek's web site I suggest you have a look at the Game profile downloads and get any that deal with Flight Simulator and the 3D, that way you only need to modify an existing setup. There is also a Saitek forum at SimHQ http://www.simhq.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi? which may be of help.
