new nvidia beta drivers at tweaksr us

Featured Replies

they are the 81.82v2 betas. I installed them last night and they seem well suited to FS9...textures are very vivid, and so far, no blurries. I don't know that this is the cure-all, but I think they are worth a trial...get them at www.tweaksrus.comsherm

Installed these new drivers. Seem to work well in the sim. Only problem is a black preview screen on the create a flight page. Anyone know a fix for this? Would like to run with this set of drivers as they seem to work well. Thanks,Joe

as enthusiastic as I was about the new drivers, I have uninstalled them because of the black screen, and also a black screen when I enter FSNav in full screen. Oddly, when I am windowed this does not happen. So, I am in the process this morning of switching back to the 80.40 beta's which gave me no such problems...I was a bit too enthusiastic about the latest driver generation, and probably should have done some more testing before posting. Oh, well....nothing, ventured, nothing gained...sherm
