Hi Marco, I have a 19 LCD monitor, and bought the 30'' fressnel lens (magnifier for TV) at maxiaids.com I know this is for TV but after researching I decided it to give it a try, it is not that expensive(45$).So the results, I put the fressnel lens about 12''(30cm) from my monitors, and made a little black box to cover the space between them. The results are amazing, My monitor feels like 25'' or so, but the really cool part is the 3D feeling.I have to admint that there is a tiny (and seriously it is tiny) lost of sharpness, but overall it makes the gauges more easy to read, the overhead panel etc etc etc. There is no distortion at all not even in the edges. IMHO I think it is worth it, and the same way I cant fly without TrackIR anymore, I cant fly without the lens anymore, It just feels so tiny and no 3D feeling (even in 2D panles it gives some 3D feeling)Let me know if you have any questions.Hope this helpsAbraham

In other words, is it usable for everyday work on PC?Marco

Hey Marco, I use black card board to do the black box, vey easy to do. The lens comes with some kind of racks, and it is very easy to disarm. I usually dont leave it on because of my wife!!! you can leave it but I dont find it great to read website etc etc.I saw that there are a lot of lenses, and I am sure that there are betterones than the one I bought, but as you said, i wanted to try it, and I wasn't willing to pay a lot.Let me knowAbraham

I shake my head, I move my head around... doing all kinds of stuff... and at all those times.. I don't want the screen to move.The vector don't know the difference between when I want it to move and when I don't want it to move. It can't read my mind. Which means.. I cannot be restless. I quiet head helps a lot. I just feel that I holding my head in a position all the time.. Many folks have got past that. I just couldn't. I get a headache seeing all the movement when I don't want it to move.I like Active Camera internal pilot view that gives me a sense of movement.

I am about to upgrade my pc and was thinking of the Track IR V4. It looks unbelievably realistic. I have just installed Active Camera to test it by using the trial version and I LOVE being able to move around the outside of the aircraft. I appreciate your help. Does anyone know the following:Does Track IR allow you to move around the aircraft like active camera?If not, can one use Active Camera and Track IR at the same time (one for internal (Track IR) and AC for the external view)?Can the Track IR be used for the Ariane 737NG/BBJ?thanks,Eric
